For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard and personal checks.We deliver the finest care at reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We also offer care credit, a national convenience financing company which offers credit to qualifying individuals at varied rates of interest.
Our office is contracted with Delta Dental, Anthem healthcare, Metlife, AETNA, Cigna, Blue Cross and Guardian PPO insurance plans. We will also work with other PPO plans, however this may require modification to your benefits.
Insurance companies typically will respond within four to six weeks of claim submittance. Insurance patients will be mailed a monthly statement. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We will be happy to work with you so that the care you need can be affordable.
Please remember that even insured patients are fully responsible for co-payments. All patients are ultimately responsible for any fees charged in our office regardless of insurance coverage.
